OLG Recruitment are currently looking for an Engineering and Maintenance Manager for our client located in Sea Scale. This is a full-time permanent position.
The Opportunity
As the Engineering and Maintenance Manager you will provide, leadership and management of FCHP E&M philosophy, strategy, actions, results and compliance during all running states. You will successfully lead, direct, organise and manage the E&M Department to the requirements of the business Operating standard. You will be supported with personalised on the job training, coaching, mentoring and twice-yearly development and performance reviews to help maintain & develop your contributions and competence.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to;
- Using the framework of disciplined maintenance as best practice, ensure the effective communication and understanding of E&M processes and systems by all department employees and personnel required to complete E&M tasks. <...
