Engineering Assistant Area Manager

Manage the overall monitoring of construction and maintenance activity and other related engineering issues within the assigned area.

• Establish and review site checklist for Project Engineer.
• Review and recommend all the technical specifications of the project construction.
• Monitor the progress of all construction sites.
• Set meetings with contractors. Present Gantt chart
• Checks the quality of every item in progress at construction site.
• Oversees all Deployments and Trainings. Addresses Team and Staff Specific Inefficiencies.
• Facilitates the proper use of issued petty cash funds based on company policy.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Proven experience in an Assistant Manager role within a construction-related industry, overseeing operations, coordinating teams, and ensuring project milestones are met efficiently.
