Role Overview
The Engineering Assistant Manager oversees daily plant engineering operations, ensuring all systems and equipment are maintained, monitored, and optimized for efficient production. This role supervises engineering technicians, manages preventive maintenance programs, and drives improvements across plant systems including refrigeration, power, steam, compressed air, and other critical equipment. The position also coordinates with suppliers and contractors to support projects and ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and operational standards.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in any Engineering discipline.
At least 3 years of hands-on experience in plant maintenance or engineering in a manufacturing environment.
Licensed Engineer preferred.
Experience in Food & Beverage, FMCG, or industrial/plant manufacturing industries.
