Engineering Operations Supervisor

Job Summary: Supports engineering operations and production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and timely project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee engineering support for production operations
• Lead process improvement and quality initiatives
• Coordinate cross-functional engineering projects
• Supervise engineering staff and ensure adherence to established standards

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or any related field. MA or MBA is a plus
• 5–7 years of experience in production control, planning, or procurement within a manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or assistant management role
