Engineering Assistant, Manufacturing Process

Provide engineering support to manufacturing equipment and processes
Carry out Preventative Maintenance of production equipment



+ Trouble shoot and repair or faulty production equipment

+ Improve and upgrading of Production equipment hardware and control (software)

+ Identify and rectify process problem for quality improvement / scrap reduction

+ Updated and control of equipment spare parts

+ Installation and qualification of new processes and equipment

+ Support new program / model start-up

+ Support Production Overtime in weekday , weekend , Sunday and Public Holiday

+ Minimizing machine downtime , scrap raw materials / products

+ Maintaining correct spare parts inventory and product quality

+ Communicating with production operators / supervisor and other support group
+ Possessing a Six Sigma Green Belt will be advantageous
