Job Description
Job Purpose
To support the engineering and maintenance functions of the dairy manufacturing plant by ensuring reliable equipment operation, effective troubleshooting, and continuous improvement across upstream processing, packaging (filling), and downstream equipment. This role requires strong hands-on manufacturing knowledge, familiarity with Tetra Pak and SIG Combibloc systems, and the ability to clearly communicate technical matters to superiors.
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Equipment Maintenance & Troubleshooting
• Perform preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance on upstream processing equipment, packaging/filling machines, and downstream equipment.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues involving mechanical, electrical, and basic Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) aspects.
• Respond promptly to production breakdowns with a strong sense of urgency and proper prioritization to minimize downtime.
