Engineering Assistant

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
• Willing to be assigned in Binan, Laguna
• Can start anytime

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Providing weekly project progress reports
• Providing monthly project win-loss reports
• Providing planned and actual itinerary of technical personnel and Project Engineers.
• Coordinating with Operations Department with regards to the driver availability, issuance of gate pass, and trip ticket.
• Timely submission of billing and supporting documents to Project Accounting to ensure timely billing to clients.
• Ensures cleanliness of the Engineering Office and nearby premises
• Complies with all prescribed policies and procedures of the Company on safety and security.
