Engineering Assistant

RESPONSIBILITY

• Assist NPI Engineer in new product introduction activities, including sample builds, testing, and data recording
• Prepare and update process documents such as work instructions, inspection criteria, BOMs, and process flowcharts
• Follow up on pilot runs and support trial builds with issue tracking and feedback
• Support product measurement, quality checks, and data collection

REQUIREMENT

• Diploma/ Bachelor's or higher degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong commitment to driving continuous improvement initiatives in turning processes.
• In-depth understanding of turning processes, CNC machining, and related manufacturing technologies.
• 5.5 working days
