Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine inspection, maintenance, and minor repairs on electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and carpentry systems
• Assist in preventive maintenance activities to avoid equipment breakdown
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repairs
• Ensure all tools, equipment, and work areas are clean and organized
• Report damages, defects, and safety hazards to the Engineering Supervisor
• Assist in installation of fixtures, furniture, and equipment
