Engineering Associate

Job description:

The Henry Glass House Clark is seeking a dependable and skilled Engineering Associate to help maintain our hotel property. This role ensures guest rooms, common areas, and building systems are well-maintained and operating properly to provide an excellent guest experience.

Responsibilities:

• Fix basic maintenance issues in guest rooms and common areas
• Handle simple plumbing repairs (toilets, sinks, leaks)
• Fix minor electrical issues
• Repair small items (doors, locks, walls, etc.)
• Keep the building and grounds in good condition
• Respond to maintenance requests as needed

Qualifications:

• Basic maintenance experience preferred
• Basic plumbing knowledge
• Ability to use common tools
• Reliable and able to work independently
• Able to perform physical tasks
