Engineering Associate

Position Overview

As an engineering support role at Suncor’s Sarnia refinery, you will be accountable for ensuring the overall process integrity, safety, and cost‑effective operation of existing assets, supporting operations and maintenance.

Salary and Hours

Salary Range: $98,500 - $111,200. Hours: 40‑hour work week, Monday to Friday with potential extended hours.

Location

Work location: Sarnia refinery, Ontario (1900 St.Clair Parkway).

Responsibilities

• Perform engineering calculations and simulations required to address process equipment or unit performance problems with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Oversee and/or participate in reviews of new projects or proposed changes to refinery equipment and procedures.
