About the role

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Clerk to join our team at Square Pharmaceutical, Inc' in Carmona Cavite. This full-time role will provide administrative support to our engineering department, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations.

What you'll be doing

• Providing general administrative assistance to the engineering team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements
• Maintaining detailed records and documentation related to engineering projects and activities
• Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
• Ordering and maintaining supplies and equipment for the engineering department
• Answering and directing incoming phone calls and emails
• Performing other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
