Engineering Co-ordinator

The Engineering Coordinator supports the Engineering Manager in ensuring smooth daily maintenance operations, documentation control, contractor coordination, and regulatory compliance within the production facility.

This role plays a key part in preventive maintenance planning, breakdown tracking, spare parts control and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Maintenance & Operations Support

• Coordinate preventive maintenance (PM) schedules and ensure timely execution
• Track machine breakdowns and update maintenance logs
• Follow up on corrective actions and root cause reports
• Assist in monitoring equipment performance and downtime trends

Documentation & Compliance

• Maintain engineering records, service reports, and calibration logs
• Ensure proper documentation for audits (FSSC 22000 / AIB / GMP / ISO, where applicable)
