Engineering Coordinator

Qualifications:

Experience

• Proven experience as Engineering Coordinator, Technical Coordinator, VA, CSR, or scheduling officer.
• Background in facilities management, construction, maintenance, or restaurant operations is advantage.
• Experience coordinating technicians, contractors, or service providers.

Scheduling and Coordination

• Strong skills in scheduling manpower, service calls, and preventive maintenance.
• Ability to prioritize urgent issues and manage multiple work orders at once.
• Experience tracking job status from request to completion.

Communication Skills

• Clear and professional verbal and written communication.
• Confident in dealing with store managers, vendors, technicians, and internal teams.
• Able to follow up, escalate, and close issues without supervision.

Administrative and Reporting Skills

• Proficient in Excel, Google Sheet...
