Follow departmental policies, procedures, and service standards.

Lead the implementation, administration, and ongoing management of Transcendent and ALICE systems for preventative maintenance and work order tracking.

Perform office administration duties, including payroll preparation, document management, record keeping, and internal communications.

Act as office administrator for GAIA.
