Engineering Coordinator

Job Summary :

Performs various recording activities, engineering contracts, data encoding, updating and monitoring of engineering documents, Controls records and safe keeping record. Implements/maintains the document and data control procedure of the quality system.

Assist on building permit applications, record keeping of confidential documents, government statutory compliance papers/documents, legal documents, attend to queries on engineering matters, implement control systems, other tasks that may be assigned in absence of Engineering officers.

Job Qualifications :

• No work-related experience required but having is a plus
• Preferably a college graduate of Civil Engineering or any Engineering related courses
• Knowledgeable at MS Office, Adobe Photoshop and AutoCAD
• With Professional Driver's License (4 wheels)
