Engineering Coordinator

A little taste of your day-to-day:

+ Conduct monthly safety meetings and ensure compliance with brand safety standards.
+ Manage Civil Defense license renewals and firefighting system inspections.
+ Coordinate emergency drills, safety training, and incident reporting.
+ Ensure compliance with Green Key and Journey to Tomorrow sustainability initiatives.
+ Lead environmental programs and maintain Green Engage data compliance.
+ Track AMC contracts, follow up with vendors, and prepare monthly maintenance reports.
+ Liaise with government agencies for compliance matters and support Deloitte 360 audit requirements.
+ Assist the Chief Engineer with ad-hoc projects and ensure timely completion.

+ Use a maintenance programme to ensure the hotel is maintained and in service for our guests
