Engineering Department Manager

Job Summary :
Manage a team of Engineers to ensure all the task being carry out effectively and efficiency with good planning and set prioritization. Drive Engineering activities towards cost saving and continuous improvements.
Qualification & Experience :
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
Good exposure in semiconductor manufacturing environment with minimum 3 years of managerial / leadership experience.
Experience in semiconductor assembly processes, including Front-of-Line (FOL) and End-of-Line (EOL).
Good knowledge in QFN package assembly processes.
Hands-on experience in equipment engineering.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Technical Competencies: Statistical Analysis, Resource Optimization, Supply Chain Management, Risk Analysis and Evaluation, Overall Front End or Back End Process, ability to coach team on daily operation matters.
