Engineering Director

Engineering Director to oversee and elevate the performance of multiple software development projects and engineering teams. This role is ideal for a technically adept leader with a strong background in system design, hands-on software development, and coaching engineers toward excellence in a fast-paced, startup environment.

Responsibilities

1. Project Oversight: Own the success of 5–10 client projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.
2. Technical Supervision: Guide the technical architecture of each project, making sure engineering teams are building the right solutions the right way.
3. Team Management: Directly manage and support a team of 10–20 engineers, working on different client projects. Identify performance gaps, provide coaching, and promote growth.
4. Reporting: Communicate project health and engineering performance to executive leadership, providing insights and recommendations.
