Key Responsibilities:
To perform condition monitoring of critical rotary equipment of factory to ensure their reliability.
To work as support department and assist maintenance heads in selecting best maintenance activities.
To perform detailed vibration analysis on equipment subject to high vibrations in order to diagnose developed faults and to predict the fault that is going to be developed in future using vibration analyzer.
To identify the root cause of faults causing vibrations in machines.
To coordinate with Engineering and Maintenance heads to perform possible alternatives in order to eliminate root causes thereby increasing the reliability of equipment.
To develop trends of vibration and temperature readings for future references.
To prepare documentation of monthly report showing health status and reliability of machines.
