The Role:
Our company is seeking a Designer/Drafter to join our team. As a Designer/Drafter, your primary responsibility will be collaborating with engineers to create detailed schematics and designs using SolidWorks software. Your attention to detail will be crucial as you produce accurate technical drawings, ensuring precision in layouts. Additionally, you'll perform Manufacturing Redlines and process Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) during the manufacturing process. Clear communication skills are essential, as you'll collaborate closely with engineers and other team members. Preferred qualifications include at least 2 years of experience as a Drafter, familiarity with Bill of Materials (BOM) creation, and design/build experience in an industrial equipment environment
