Job Title: Engineering Draughtsperson / BIM Modeller (Senior)

Qualifications and Experience
• National Diploma (NDip) in Civil Engineering or a relevant qualification
• Minimum of 8–10 years' experience in the management and execution of projects
• Strong people and communication skills
• Experience in all types of building structures; experience in civil structures will be an added
advantage
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is essential
• Proven experience in BIM modelling, structural drafting, and rebar detailing
Duties and Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
• BIM modelling and structural drafting using Revit and AutoCAD
• Reinforcement detailing
• Assisting with conceptual design development and the preparation of preliminary drawings
for further refinement by engineers
