Athyna is building Latin America's largest network of Engineering PhDs and Master’s researchers to work directly on frontier AI post‑training with leading AI labs and Fortune 500 companies.

You’ll design evaluation frameworks, stress‑test model performance, conduct red‑teaming exercises, and help refine AI systems for real‑world deployment. Projects range from targeted evaluations to ongoing model improvement work, with flexible engagement options: full‑time, part‑time, or project‑based—depending on client needs and your availability.

This is hands‑on research work that directly shapes how advanced AI systems perform in production.
