Engineering & Facilities Manager

Job Purpose

To manage and ensure the reliability, safety, and efficiency of engineering assets including trucks, refrigeration systems (pendingin), forklifts, and warehouse facilities, supporting day-to-day operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Engineering, Maintenance & Asset Management

• Manage maintenance and reliability of:
  • Trucks and fleet units
  • Refrigeration and cooling systems (cold storage, chillers, freezers)
  • Forklifts and material handling equipment
  • Warehouse infrastructure and utilities
• Develop and execute preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
• Ensure compliance with safety, technical, and regulatory standards.
• Manage spare parts, maintenance planning, and service vendors.
