Engineering Head (Fastener & Sheet Metal Industry)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Head to lead technical and engineering activities for our fastener business. The candidate will be responsible for product development, drawing study and approval, technical evaluation, supplier quality coordination, customer technical support, sourcing validation, and ensuring compliance with international fastener standards and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

·       Lead complete RFQ for fastener products including bolts, nuts, screws, washers, and special fasteners; sheet metal items and plastic injection moulding items.

·       Study customer drawings, specifications, standards, and technical requirements for feasibility and manufacturability.

·       Review and approve engineering drawings, process documents, samples, and technical submissions before production and dispatch.
