Engineering Head

POSITION SUMMARY:

Responsible for overseeing the operation, maintenance, and repair of all hotel facilities, equipment, systems, and infrastructure to ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance with standards. This role ensures the smooth operation of utilities and engineering services that support the hotel's guests, staff, and overall operations.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and manage the engineering/maintenance team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide training and development for staff.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety regulations, and local building codes.
• Supervise preventive maintenance programs for electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, kitchen, and other hotel equipment.
