About the role
As an Engineering Helpdesk professional at Sodexo On-Site Services Philippines, Inc., you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional technical support and resolving IT-related issues for our clients. This full-time position is based in Tambo, Paranaque City, Metro Manila, where you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' IT infrastructure.
What you'll be doing
- Respond to technical assistance requests via phone, email, ticketing systems, or in person.
- Create and manage Know Cross (KCS) tickets for all calls and work orders.
- Guide clients and team members on resolving their technical issues.
- Forward problems and work requests to the relevant departments for action.
- Follow established helpdesk procedures and maintain accurate records of all interactions.
- Keep up-to-date with new technologies to ensure efficient support.
