Join WhiteWater's Engineering Services as a Civil-Structural Engineering Intern in Richmond, BC. This position offers an engaging opportunity to support design tasks and enhance your technical skills.
Commencing September 8, 2026, the four-month internship allows you to work closely with a Professional Engineer. Responsibilities include reviewing drawings, setting up parts in PLM, and analyzing materials standards. The hands-on experience emphasizes teamwork and independent problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze structural drawings for pre-engineered components
• Update existing designs in the PLM database
• Propose material substitutions based on calculations
• Create essential CAD models and pertinent drawings
• Support maintenance and rework of existing parts
Requirements:
• Actively pursuing or recently completed Civil Engineering education
• Skilled in CAD tools like AutoCAD and SolidWorks
