Job Description
Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering (ECE)
The Engineering Design Intern role is focused on learning the discipline of bridging stakeholder pain points with technical engineering solutions. The intern will assist in the Plan and Check phases of the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) cycle, learning how to develop accurate technical designs (BOQ, BOM, Drawings) and verifying reality through site inspections. A key component of this internship is Observation and Feedback, where the student identifies process gaps to foster organizational learning.

Context Capture: Observe and assist in interviewing stakeholders to understand specific technical needs and pain points.
