Engineering Lead - AI-driven platform

We’re partnering with a venture-backed technology startup building an AI-first, enterprise-grade platform in the ESG and climate space. The company is scaling rapidly, with early enterprise customers already live and using the product in production environments.

You will own and lead the entire engineering function, with end-to-end responsibility across architecture, delivery, and team building. You’ll play a critical role in shaping how AI is applied commercially across the platform focusing on real-world, scalable AI use cases rather than research or experimentation. This is a highly visible leadership position with direct impact on product direction, technical strategy, and the company’s ability to deliver meaningful climate and ESG outcomes at scale.
