Job responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end technical onboarding process for new operators
• Act as the primary technical point of contact to ensure seamless integration of our iGaming platform with partner ecosystems
• Manage and oversee the configuration of gaming products, payment gateways, and bonus engines to meet the unique operational requirements of diverse regional clients
• Drive technical localization efforts, including currency/payment method support, language implementation, and adherence to regional regulatory data requirements
• Provide high-level support for integration issues, identifying bottlenecks and coordinating with core engineering teams to resolve roadblocks quickly
• Collaborate closely with third-party providers (payment processors, game content aggregators, KYC/AML vendors...
