Guide, coach, and uplift engineering practitioners, drive solution integrity, and shape the future engineering landscape for Nedbank. As an Engineering Lead in CBO, play a central role in the organisation's digital modernisation journey — including the transition toward Camunda BPMN/DMN workflow automation, modern integration patterns, and cloud‑aligned architectures - ensuring solutions are robust, scalable, secure, and aligned with business strategy.
