The program provides structured exposure across key customer-facing functions during the initial – months, followed by placement into a defined career track based on performance and business needs.
Rotational Exposure (– months):
Technical / Applications: Product knowledge, solution configuration, and technical support
Sales / Commercial: Customer engagement, pipeline support, and opportunity qualification
Marketing / Demand Generation: Campaigns, events, and customer outreach
Community & Ecosystem: University engagement and community building initiatives
Career Pathways (Post-Program):
