• Manage and coordinate the daily maintenance activities of the electrical and/or mechanical systems
• Oversee the work of maintenance technicians and ensure all tasks are completed safely and efficiently
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime and reliability
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex equipment issues in a timely manner
• Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities and equipment performance
• Collaborate with production teams to minimize disruptions and ensure smooth plant operations
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions to management
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations
