Job Qualifications – Engineering Management Trainee (EMT)

• Licensed Engineer in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Electronics Engineering, or a Graduate of Mechatronics Engineering
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• With good academic background and strong interest in plant/field operations
• Possesses basic knowledge of engineering principles, standards, and safety practices
• Willing to undergo training and perform hands-on engineering tasks
• Able to work effectively in a team and follow instructions from senior engineers
• Has good communication and interpersonal skills
• Physically fit and willing to work on-site and in field conditions
• Willing to be assigned at the plant site in San Ildefonso, Bulacan
