Engineering Manager

As an Engineering Manager, you will lead high‑performing engineering teams while remaining hands‑on in shaping technical direction and delivering impactful solutions. Based in our Auckland innovation hub, you’ll play a critical role in evolving key, high‑volume areas of our flagship veterinary SaaS platform, helping improve the daily experience of veterinary professionals around the world. The Veterinary Software division is on a mission to build the first vertical SaaS platform for Animal Health. From our global Software Centre of Excellence in Auckland, we design, build, and operate a portfolio of cloud‑native platforms that support veterinary practices at scale. You will be at the forefront of embedding AI into clinical workflows, reducing administrative burden and enabling veterinarians to focus more on patient care.
