Reporting to the VP of Engineering, the Engineering Manager develops and supports engineers, providing coaching and enabling professional growth. You will lead end - to - end delivery, optimize agile processes, plan resources, and ensure teams execute effectively against product and business objectives. You will translate organisational and product strategy into clear goals and measurable outcomes, proactively removing obstacles and shaping team structure, workflows, and operating mechanisms for sustainable performance. The role requires close collaboration with the product trio to drive alignment and cohesive execution across teams. A solid technical foundation will allow you to support decision - making and ensure alignment with broader engineering objectives. Your focus on building a collaborative and inclusive culture will help in nurturing teams that align well with Epsilon's values and goals.
