Engineering Manager

Reports To: Chief Operating Officer

Job Purpose:

To lead and manage the engineering team in developing and optimizing processes, ensuring technical excellence in design, fabrication, and machining, while meeting customer requirements and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

2. Oversee the engineering department, including costing review, design review, process engineering, and technical support.
