Position Summary
The Engineering Manager is a pivotal leadership role responsible to ensure the safe, reliable, efficient, and compliant operation of Pagbilao by providing technical leadership and overseeing all engineering, reliability and performance activities and projects. The manager will lead a local team of engineers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality engineering solutions that meet local operations and maintenance needs while adhering to engineering standards and strategic directives set by the national team. This role requires exceptional communication skills to manage upward to central leadership, downward to the local team, and laterally with various stakeholders including site leaders, technical experts and project managers.
