Engineering Manager

Title: Engineering Manager (Equipment & Utilities)
The Engineering Manager is responsible for delivering effective and efficient execution, maintenance, and improvement of engineering operations in supporting the manufacturing requirements, including the overall supervision, maintenance, analysis, improvements, and standardization of Utilities systems which includes but not limited to Power, Compressed Air, Chilled Water, Refrigeration, Water Treatment and Waste Water Treatment.
Autonomous & Preventive Maintenance (CMMS) Management
Maintain defect-free equipment and update preventive maintenance standards.
Align maintenance strategies with stakeholders and approve PM changes.
Refrigeration System Management
Ensure reliability and efficiency of refrigeration systems.
Recommend upgrades and build site-wide refrigeration capabilities.
Utilities System Management
Ensure uninterrupted supply of utilities and compliance with codes.
