JOB SUMMARY

• Document all phases of the Engineering and Maintenance Department.
• Set schedules, implement training and development programs, direct the work of others, and conduct performance reviews and appraisals.
• Development and nurturing of a high-performing team.
• Nurturing a high-performing team rooted with KQFI core values.
• Compliance with government regulatory agencies and other requirements from customers such as 5S and assist in implementing Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP).
• Monitoring team output to ensure delivery of project tasks to standards within agreed deadlines and budgets.
