Engineering Manager

JOB SUMMARY:

The Engineering Manager is responsible for managing day-to-day activities of the department. He/She is responsible for meeting the overall quality, service level, output and effieciency objectives of Engineering Department consistent the overall policies and objectives of the company . He/She achieves this by developing, motivating and leading his staff to continuously improve performance and meet the highest technical and ethical standards demanded by our customers.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• University Degree in Civil Engineering
• Licensed civil or structural engineer
• Knowledge of Computer Aided Design and Computer Aided Drafting applications used in buildings and structures
• Understanding of all major building codes and design standards used by the company as related to structure loading, analysis, and design.
