Responsibilities

• Drive and deliver on our product roadmap, working with your team to turn 1‑pagers into features
• Grow the team by coaching, developing engineers and attracting and hiring top talent
• Obsession with architectural design, implementation and quality of the work your team produces
• Partner cross‑functionally with Product and Design to innovate and execute product initiatives across the company
• Contribute to engineering‑wide initiatives as a member of Front’s engineering management team

Qualifications

• Engineering management experience that includes effectively recruiting, mentoring and retaining great people
• Strong track record of running teams that deliver projects of significant complexity and high level of ambiguity
