Engineering Manager: Drive Core Product Experiences

Frontapp in Santiago, Chile, is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead and develop a team focused on delivering product features. You will drive the team to execute on the product roadmap while coaching engineers and partnering cross-functionally with Product and Design.

The ideal candidate will have strong engineering management experience, a product mindset, and excellent communication skills, thriving in a dynamic environment. A background in NodeJS or React is a plus.
