Ensure the continuity of production and its efficiency based on the performance of the equipment and ideal use of resources.

Expert in problem solving methodology, Responsible of manage and develop the Maintenance department. Responsible for maintaining the equipment, tooling as well as facilities in ideal conditions, keep time below the goal set by the company, ensure compliance of the execution of preventive maintenance, work directly with Planning to ensure production schedule is accurate, issues can be resolved, and target dates can be met.
