Job Description

The Engineering Manager - Enterprise Platforms is responsible for providing technical and people leadership across a portfolio of enterprise platforms — spanning CRM, marketing automation, risk management, compliance, and legal systems. This role combines technical strategic vision with hands-on engineering, driving the technology strategy, leading a multidisciplinary team, and setting standards across integrations, data pipelines, and automation. You may also engage in architecture, troubleshooting, or code contributions as needed.
