Engineering Manager

Reporting to the General Manager as part of the management team, this position will lead a holistic approach to Engineering Projects, Capex, Maintenance, Utilities & Asset Care with responsibility for Health, Safety & Environment. The Engineering Manager will play a key position with team management responsibility as well as reporting at a regional level.

Duties & Responsibilities Identify maintenance improvement opportunities through in-depth analysis and strong stakeholder relationships. Manage Capital Expenditure and lead Capital projects across businesses/categories. Develop strategies to improve engineering services, performance, and operational efficiency. Asset care plan and lifecycle management. Responsible for the development & implementation of strategic initiatives.
