Job Description
Join REEL COH as the Engineering Manager to spearhead innovative projects in Stoney Creek, Ontario. Drive the mechanical engineering team while ensuring top-notch project execution.
Reporting to the General Manager, you will guide a dynamic team of engineers and oversee all project activities. You’ll be directly responsible for leading projects from conception to installation for major energy clients. Your role will involve technical mentorship, compliance oversight, and resolving any engineering challenges that arise, ensuring all deliverables meet deadlines and budgets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead project execution from design to installation phase
• Organize and supervise the engineering team’s activities
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards and regulations
• Facilitate design reviews and project kick-off meetings
• Develop team skills through coaching and mentorship

• Degree in Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering
