Engineering Manager - Hardware Controls

**What you’ll do:**

We are looking forward for engineering manager to lead and shape RDE portfolio for Embedded hardware team as part of Embedded Controls of ES EMEA. Engineering manager will be responsible for Implementing strategies focus around hardware development and V&V Embedded Products of Life Safety, Energy Solutions and Power Management & Control Components divisions. Build and leverage synergies between various product lines as well as participate in the Digital strategies for the product lines. An Engineering Manager be accountable for the NPI / NTI / Sustenance projects. Works closely with team mates from Eaton India Innovation Center (Pune) and various facilities in EMEA for New Product Developments and sustaining projects. Build Organization Capabilities – Hire and development plans for the talents.
