I’m working exclusively with a globally recognised FMCG brand on an Engineering Manager role supporting West Europe.

This is a highly operational, on-the-ground position with genuine regional ownership. You’ll be embedded across multiple manufacturing sites and partners, leading plant start-ups, line trials and engineering standards across EMEA. It’s not a desk-led role - it’s built for someone who enjoys being in factories, working with OEMs and co-packers, and solving real-world production challenges.

You’ll sit at the centre of packaging, equipment and quality performance, influencing how products are manufactured and launched across the region.
